32 new residential units approved at Station Lane, Swellan Lower

Woodfort Developments has been given the go-ahead to build 32 new homes on an unfinished site at Station Lane in Swellan Lower, Cavan. The development includes 4 two-bedroom units, 12 three-bedroom units, and 16 four-bedroom units, all two storeys high, along with roads, drainage, and landscaping. The council approved it on 29 April 2026, subject to conditions.
