Rear extension with new bedroom, en-suite and reorganised ground floor

Patrick McDermott wants to build a rear extension to his home at Valley Cottages on Patrick Street in Mullingar. Upstairs, he's adding a master bedroom with an en-suite and six skylights, plus a new landing. Downstairs, he's moving the stairs and chimney around and adding a toilet and hot press.
