Solar farm with 1,248 panels and ESB substation at Streamstown, Mullingar

Oliver Kelly wants to build a solar farm at Streamstown near Mullingar with 1,248 panels generating up to 748.8 kilowatts. The panels will be fixed at a 25-degree angle on the ground, standing no higher than 1.9 metres, and an ESB substation and electrical switch room will also be built on site.
