New single-storey house plus shared entrance for two properties on Ashe Road

Philip Niamh McKeown wants to build a new single-storey house (112 square metres) next to an existing dwelling at 4 Ashe Road in Mullingar. The plan also involves reorganising the site boundaries to fit both properties and creating a shared entrance onto the public road from what's currently a separate entrance.
