Home renovation with front garage demolition and new extensions at Rosses Point

Ruth Ní Dhondúin has been given the green light to renovate her home at Rosses Point by demolishing the front garage and porch, then building a new single-storey extension in their place. She's also adding a rear extension with a covered patio and making internal changes to the existing two-storey house.
