Man denies Dublin murder
A jury has been sworn in for the trial of a man accused of murdering a man in north Dublin in 2012. Andrew Gibney (21) is charged with murdering Gerard Burnett (28) at Castlecurragh Vale, Mulhuddart on August 21, 2012. Mr Gibney of Drumheath Avenue, Mulhuddart appeared before Mr Justice Paul Carney
