Derelict house upgraded with roof raise, attic space, dormer, porch and external insulation

Robert Swierczek is looking to retain work already done on a derelict house near Ballymote—raising the roof, adding an attic with skylights and a rear dormer, building a front porch, and adding external insulation. He's also seeking permission for a storage container on the site, a new wastewater treatment system to replace the septic tank, and various other site works to finish the house.
