Ben O Loughlin is proposing to build a new four-bedroom house of about 233 square metres plus a 46 square metre garage at Tullynagracken South, Carraroe. The house will include an office space, two bathrooms, an en-suite, and a combined living, dining and kitchen area, along with a new entrance and drainage system.
