Man admits to killing Martin Kivlehan but denies murder
A 31-year-old man from Sligo has admitted to the killing of Martin Kivlehan but denies the charge of murder. Keith Brady, of Cartron Estate, appeared before the Central Criminal Court where he pleaded not guilty to murder but guilty to manslaughter.
