Man accused of directing the IRA recorded discussing explosives operation prior to Royal visit, court hears

A Louth man accused of directing the activities of the IRA was recorded by gardai discussing an operation involving explosives in the run-up to the State visit of Prince Charles two years ago, the Special Criminal Court has heard. It was during the opening of the trial of Seamus McGrane (63) that a
