Old barn replaced with new two-bedroom house using original stone

Phelim Kilduff's plan to knock down an old barn and agricultural shed at Carnagh West near Lecarrow and replace them with a new two-bedroom house has been refused. The new house would have kept a similar size and style to the original stone structure, with living spaces downstairs, bedrooms upstairs, a garage, and a septic tank system.
