Housing development redesigned from 4 detached to 10 semi-detached homes

Braddingford Construction wants to change a housing development at Corskeagh, Frenchpark. Instead of 4 single-storey detached houses, they're now proposing 10 semi-detached houses with three bedrooms spread over two storeys. The council refused permission, but the decision has been appealed.
