Former pub converted to office, apartment, and holiday let

BG Networking Limited wants to convert a former pub on New Street in Ballaghaderreen into mixed-use space. The ground floor would be split between a one-bedroom apartment and an office, while the upstairs becomes a short-term holiday let. The building would also be refurbished with changes to its exterior.
