Michael Joanne Boyce wants to extend and substantially upgrade a house at Carrowreagh, Carrick-on-Shannon. The work includes a two-storey side and rear extension, a new garage, a separate garden office pod, roof and floor work, a new entrance with stone piers, and demolition of an old porch and shed. The septic tank will be relocated.
