Old cottage replaced with new dormer dwelling and garage

Shane McGarry is planning to knock down an old cottage and outbuilding at Cloonmore, Termonbarry, and replace them with a new dormer-style house and detached garage. The project will also involve installing a new wastewater treatment system and upgrading the entrance to the property.
