Derelict house refurbished with extensions and new boundaries

Aidan Raftery has been given the go-ahead to restore a derelict house at Clougher Upper, Ballinlough, with new extensions at the front and back. The project also includes demolishing an old rear annex, installing a new wastewater treatment system, and building boundary walls and fencing to define the garden area.
