Retain built rear extension and chimney removal; install new treatment system

Marcos Silveira is seeking permission to keep a rear extension that's already been built on his house in Four Mile House, and to keep changes made to the front of the property including removal of a chimney. He's also planning to install a new wastewater treatment system and drainage area.
