Extension and renovation of dwelling with new wastewater system

Áine Shane Kelly wanted to extend and renovate her home in Derreen, Ballinagare, which would have included a new rear extension, demolition of an old rear extension, removal of two chimneys, and replacement of the septic tank with a new wastewater treatment system. Roscommon County Council has refused permission for the works.
