House refurbishment with roof raise, new extension and garage

Daryl Geraghty has been given the green light to refurbish and expand a house in Cloonfad, Ballyhaunis. The work includes demolishing an old rear extension and shed, raising the roof level, building a new rear extension, and constructing a domestic garage.
