Vacant pub converted to home, new 4-bed house built, old extension demolished

Shane Malone is proposing to convert a vacant ground floor pub into a home and build a new two-storey, four-bedroom house next to it in Cootehall, Boyle. The existing pub extension, shop, and lounge will be demolished, and the main dwelling house will be refurbished with a new roof and better access from the road.
