House extension with new entrance and upgraded septic system

Brian McKiernan is proposing a significant extension to his home at Cuiltyconway, near Carrick-on-Shannon, adding around 147 square metres on the ground floor and 134 square metres in the attic space. The work also involves demolishing the existing porch, creating a new gated entrance with driveway, and upgrading the septic tank system to meet current environmental standards.
