Expansion of existing solar farm with additional PV arrays and electrical infrastructure

TDC Community Solar Park Limited wants to expand a solar farm near Athlone by adding more solar panels across nearly 2 hectares, along with a transformer station and underground cabling. The panels will be mounted on steel frames up to 3 metres high, and the farm would operate for 30 years once built.
