Farm buildings: retaining roofed shed extension, plus new cattle shed and machinery store

Declan Kelly wanted to retain a roofed extension on an existing slatted shed and build two new farm buildings at Rathbrennan: a 4-bay double-sided cattle shed and a 3-bay dry store for machinery. The application has been withdrawn.
