Derelict cottage transformed into two-storey home with extension and new garage

James Laura Black wants to completely overhaul a derelict cottage in Ballinlough by removing the roof, adding a two-storey extension to the rear, building a second storey on the existing walls, and constructing a separate double garage beside the property. A new driveway and wastewater treatment system would also be installed.
