Retention of garage conversion to kitchen and bedroom extension with elevation changes

Joe Zara Beirne is seeking permission to keep changes made to a house in Ballymurray that were never formally approved. The work includes converting a garage into a kitchen, adding a bedroom extension to the rear, and making alterations to the outside of the building.
