Retention of five residential units and outbuildings already built, plus wastewater upgrades

Michael Sinead McDonnell is seeking retention permission for housing that's already been built at Dysart near Ballinasloe. The application covers two apartments created from an existing outbuilding, three apartments in another building, a domestic shed, and an upgraded wastewater treatment system. He's also asking to widen a pedestrian access to the north of the site.
