Labour Court sets aside Sara Costello unfair dismissal finding after settlement

The Labour Court set aside the finding that Western Brand Group Limited unfairly dismissed Sara Costello and the recommendation that she be reinstated without loss of income. The determination was signed on 28 June 2016. After the parties told the Court they had settled, they jointly sought to set aside the Rights Commissioner’s recommendation. The Court set aside the Rights Commissioner’s findings and recommendations on consent. The settlement terms were not part of the determination.
