The Labour Court upheld a decision rejecting Marese Skehan’s complaint against the Health Service Executive under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act. The determination was dated 19 March 2019.
Skehan said her new work location was unsuitable and did not meet the terms and conditions in place before her move. The HSE argued that the complaint fell outside the Act. The Court found it was outside the Act’s scope and upheld the Adjudication Officer’s decision.
