Labour Court dismisses Vasile Buza’s employment information appeal against Mace Technology Ire Ltd

The Labour Court dismissed Vasile Buza’s appeal under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, affirming the Adjudication Officer’s finding that the complaint was not well founded.
