The Labour Court rejected Linda Moran’s appeal, finding that the Office Of Public Works was correctly named as her employer in her contract. The Court signed its determination on 18 January 2017. Moran argued that the contract should have named the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland. The Court found there was no breach of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 to 2012, so the appeal failed.
