The Labour Court upheld a €1,500 award to Ismet Aydogan after rejecting an appeal by Sahin Akkoyun and Suat Salik, trading as Capital Kebab House. The determination was signed on 19 April 2016. Aydogan complained that he had not received a written statement of his contract particulars. The employers accepted that they had not provided one but said he knew his terms and had received his full entitlements. The Court found a breach of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act and directed the employers to pay the compensation within six weeks.
