The Labour Court dismissed the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim that Gerard Neilon breached the construction industry pension agreement. The decision was dated 28 November 2012. The union said Neilon was covered by the agreement and had failed to pay pension contributions for a worker. Neilon disputed that the agreement applied, and the Court found he was not covered by it. The Court found the complaint not well founded.
