The Labour Court found a union complaint against Ballyglass Developments Ltd not well founded in a decision dated 16 May 2006. Inp & DTG said the company breached the construction industry registered employment agreement by failing to register employees in the pensions, assurance and sick pay scheme. The Court found the company was not an employer of workers covered by the agreement. Ballyglass had said it had no direct employees.
