The Labour Court dismissed the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union's complaint that Aer Rianta breached the Airport Police Fire Service Agreement over future pay determination. The Court found the complaint was not well founded in a decision dated 6 October 2004. The union said future pay should take account of developments across Aer Rianta and the positions in An Garda Síochána and Dublin Fire Brigade. Aer Rianta argued the agreement did not create a direct link to those services' pay rates.
