The Labour Court upheld a €285 award to Ismet Aydogan after rejecting an appeal by his employers, Sahin Akkoyun and Suat Salik, trading as Capital Kebab House. The determination was signed on 19 April 2016. Aydogan said he had not been paid for all the hours he worked as a general operative. The Court noted that his hours varied from week to week while his weekly pay remained €350, equivalent to 35 hours at €10 an hour. Aydogan did not challenge the original award. The Court directed the employers to pay him €285 within six weeks.
