Labour Court rejects Radek Velicka’s appeal against OCS over pay and leave claims

The Labour Court rejected Radek Velicka’s appeal against Ocs One Complete Solution Ltd over alleged pay deductions and annual leave and public holiday entitlements. Its determination was signed on 16 May 2016 and varied the adjudication officer’s decision. The Court found that the claim covered the same period as a successful claim against Velicka’s former employer, Viking Security Ltd, which had already paid the claimed earnings. It said he could not obtain redress from both employers for the same matters.
