The Labour Court directed Pizza Max to pay Stefania Feier €12,000 under a Rights Commissioner decision that the employer had not carried out. The determination was dated 6 May 2014.
Feier referred the matter to the Court under section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000. The Court found the earlier decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
