The Labour Court ordered Braun Transport Limited to pay Marek Kasprzak €1,026.55 in compensation and €150 in expenses after finding the company had not implemented a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 5 November 2009. Kasprzak had referred the complaint under the National Minimum Wage Act 2000. The Court found that no appeal had been brought against the earlier decision within the time limit and directed the employer to pay the amounts set out in it.
