The Labour Court affirmed the Rights Commissioner’s decision that Ligita Bartusevica’s claim against Pairc Nua Teoranta failed, and disallowed her appeal. The determination was signed on 2 May 2008. Bartusevica, represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union, argued that she was owed more than €7,000 for hours worked and that the company had not supplied requested pay information. Pairc Nua Teoranta disputed her evidence. The Court found the company’s records complied with the Act and that Bartusevica had not shown they inaccurately recorded her hours.
