Labour Court sets aside recommendation after HSE Saolta and worker appeals

The Labour Court set aside an Adjudication Officer’s recommendation after appeals by the Health Service Executive Saolta University Healthcare Group and a worker over a long-running workplace grievance. Both appeals succeeded. After brief engagements, the parties jointly identified a path to resolve the dispute. The Court recommended that path as the resolution. The decision was signed on 9 February 2026. The worker is not named in the published decision.
