The Labour Court recommended that ESB Networks and the Independent Workers Union accept its 2023 portfolio review process as complete and not reopen it. ESB Networks accepted that five Galway candidates had not received one-to-one interviews before initial assessments, but said this caused no unfairness. The Court said it would not intervene in the agreed review procedures when parties to the collective agreements had raised no concern about the process.
