The Labour Court recommended a settlement of a pay and conditions dispute involving CHC Helicopters Ireland DAC and 41 Winch Crew represented by FORSA. The recommendation was dated 8 June 2023. The recommendation included a €6,000 dual-rated allowance from 1 January 2023, alongside a 1% annual increase in the employer’s pension contribution for five years, bringing it to 11% by 1 January 2026.
