The Labour Court recommended a pay package for Dublin Bus Workers, including a €1,000 lead-in payment to each member for 2019 and 2020, followed by staged increases through 2025. The recommendation was signed on 25 July 2022. The Court also recommended acceptance and implementation of Dublin Bus’s proposals on workplace changes and productivity, including zonal routing, changes to duties and 30-hour driver contracts. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union and the National Bus & Rail Union represent the workers.
