The Labour Court recommended that Keelings Logistics Solutions Unlimited Company split its €65.07 Saturday premium evenly between Saturday and Sunday shifts for general operatives at its Ballymun facility. It also recommended a once-off €200 voucher for affected workers, payable within a month after both sides accept the recommendation. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union said the company had not shown that workers required to work Sundays received a Sunday premium. Keelings said its 2002 agreement set a composite pay rate that included a Sunday premium. The recommendation was dated 15 July 2022.
