The Labour Court recommended a 2.6% pay increase and one extra annual-leave day for 20 General Operatives at Toyota Logistics Service Ireland (Tlsie), represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union. The recommendation was signed on 8 June 2022. The increase would be backdated to 1 July 2021, and annual leave would rise from 23 to 24 days from 1 January 2022. The Court noted that the Kaizen Bonus was outside this process and that the employer had committed to begin further pay discussions for the year starting July 2022.
