Labour Court recommends HSE offer Ian Clarke Loughlinstown supervisor post

The Labour Court set aside an earlier recommendation and recommended that the HSE National Ambulance Service offer Ian Clarke a Paramedic Supervisor position at Loughlinstown when it became vacant. The decision was dated 8 February 2021. Clarke said he had acted as a supervisor at Loughlinstown for years before taking a permanent post in Roscrea, and sought a transfer to Loughlinstown or Wicklow. The employer said Clarke was first on the transfer list for Loughlinstown and that a vacancy was expected in April 2021. The Court recommended the offer be made as soon as practicable after the vacancy arose.
