The Labour Court recommended Phillips Medisize Sligo Ltd concede SIPTU Members’ claim for recognition in collective bargaining, in a recommendation signed on 4 February 2021. The union said it represented more than 50 general operative employees and sought collective and individual representation. The company said it dealt with workplace issues through local discussion. It did not attend the hearing.
