The Labour Court recommended that Bidvest Noonan (ROI) Ltd give each of 25 Security Personnel a €250 voucher after their pay changed from weekly to fortnightly. The recommendation was signed on 2 July 2020. Services Industrial Professional Technical Union said the change caused financial hardship for low-paid workers. Bidvest Noonan said a single payroll system was needed and that staff had been offered transition loans. The Court said the change was significant and financially challenging, and recommended the vouchers as compensation for its effects during the transition.
