The Labour Court recommended in favour of the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union (SIPTU)’s claim against Icts Shannon Airport for unsocial-hours and Sunday premiums for six transferred passenger-assistance workers. The recommendation was dated 4 February 2019. ICTS accepted the workers were entitled to the Sunday premium. The Court found they also qualified for the unsocial-hours premium because they met the required hours and the 2015 agreement entitled them to ICTS terms and conditions. The Labour Court recommended the claim be met.
