Labour Court recommends 60:40 split for Coombe hospital worker’s duties

The Labour Court recommended that Coombe Women’s & Infants Hospital and the Medical Laboratory Scientists Association revise a worker’s duties to provide for 60% surveillance work and 40% other work. The recommendation was dated 15 June 2018. The hospital had drawn up a duties document based on an even split after an earlier recommendation. The Court recommended that the parties engage on that document and make the changes needed to reflect the 60:40 split.
